Internal Sales (Liversedge)
Job Title: Internal Sales – Roofing & Cladding
Location: Liversedge, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Salary: Competitive salary (Negotiable depending on experience)
About the Role:
As an integral part of our internal sales team, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound sales enquiries and also identifying new opportunities within the region, building strong relationships with customers, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing product support. You’ll liaise with suppliers and also both our external sales and our other branch at Hull.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person at our trade counter.

Preparing quotations and processing orders accurately

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Supporting the external sales team with customer and project information.
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
- Help out with loading customer’s vehicle/unloading deliveries in busy periods.

Helping to maintain the OrderBook computer system including keeping all files and paper-work up to date to further assist sales.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (ideally within the construction or building materials industry).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on service.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and manage your time effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence.

About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in the South of England. Specialising in roofing and cladding products, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share and achieve revenue targets across the south of England.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the roofing and cladding sector, targeting contractors, architects, developers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and project management, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Take ownership of the sales process.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Attendance to Foregale offices and site visits as required.
