Business Development Manager (South)
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Roofing & Cladding Sales (South of England, shared midlands area inclusive)
Location: South of England (shared midlands area inclusive) - (Flexible/Remote Working)
Salary: Competitive base salary + Bonus + Car allowance + Expenses
About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in the South of England. Specialising in roofing and cladding products, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share and achieve revenue targets across the south of England.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the roofing and cladding sector, targeting contractors, architects, developers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and project management, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Take ownership of the sales process.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Attendance to Foregale offices and site visits as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the roofing, cladding, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems and their applications.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
